Dr. Scott M. Davidson has 20 years of experience in appellate litigation. He litigates appeals from coast to coast, in state and federal courts, in civil and criminal cases. Dr. Davidson worked as a judicial law clerk for appellate justices at the Supreme Court of New Mexico, and taught appellate law at the University of New Mexico School of Law.
He has authored guides on appellate litigation and online summaries of recent appellate cases. Immigration Appeals
